Grandmama came to stay for a couple of days and we went to the zoo and rose garden. Thanks for all the fun times!!

I remember Grandma Jones as always cutting my sandwiches into triangles and having red jello with Cool Whip. She loved to call me “sweet thing” and would tickle my back when I laid down. In the summer months when I stayed at her house, there were always frogs outside the window. Sometimes at night, I hear the frogs outside in my yard and think of all the great times I had playing with Grandma. Miss you!!

We moved Olivia’s kitchen into her bedroom and Brad built a small rocking chair for her. Olivia was so excited to sit in it and then decided it belonged in the kitchen. A vinyl floor makes it easier to rock on and Olivia needed a step stool and her cows.

Olivia really enjoyed planting her flowers which started with rocks, then the dirt – one hand at time turned into two and then using the trowel. She added water, I added the flowers, more dirt and then some fun in the water table.

1993. 3:00 pm. The perfect dress. The perfect man. The perfect wedding.
To an amazing man who has been with me through all the ups and downs of life. I will always remember the rainbow in the sky as we left our reception that day. I choose you this day and every day.

This weekend Brad cleaned out the garage with a little “help” from Olivia. She loves his chair and drives her little cars all around.
